Palo Santo literally translates into "holy wood" and has been used for hundreds of years in South America for many different applications. This woody smelling cousin to frankincense has a history of holistic uses and has been known to be very grounding and relaxing.

It works well for physical pain and inflammation, containing high levels of D-Limonene. This uplifting scent has also been known to spark creativity, and help prepare for meditation.

There are a lot of metaphysical aspects to an oil called “holy wood,” supernaturally, so we will leave further research to you!
