Tufah Apple Syrup, is a natural sweetener made from only one
It is a mix of sweet and tasty apples varieties from the high mountains of Lebanon, Apples are crushed and pressed to fresh juice, then boiled until it reaches a 67-69 degree Brix.
The Brix can be modified according to your needs.
Ways to use Tufah Apple Syrup
Tufah Apple syrup can be used to sweeten all sorts of recipes as well to enhance several dishes.
It can be used in your cold or hot drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in seasoning of your meet poultry and fish dishes, for dressing your salads, as a toping for your desserts, ice cream, tarts, pies, creams…
Apple Syrup is used as an alternative to processed sugar, maple syrup, honey, … in all your recipes.
