Grown in a remote, well-maintained tea plantation area, the Sencha leaves are handpicked and organically processed to halt the oxidation while retaining the powerful nutrients. This green tea has a massive amount of antioxidants, including tannin, epigallocatechin gallate, and flavonoids, collectively known as catechins. Picked up from traditional practice in China, this green tea is now a national beverage of Japan.
